GEAR
This cycling program was recently founded by the Carragher Family in conjunction with ParaSport and Recreation PEI in the Spring of 2010. It gives people that are visually impaired the oppoutunity to start cycling.
Participants ride on a tandem cycle. In the front is the Pilot, who is able bodied.They are responsible for steering the bicycle. The visually impaired participant rides in the back and powers the bicylce.
