On August 21st ParaSport and Recreation PEI in partenrship with Sail Able PEI and the Shediac Able Sailing Club held an Accessible Sailing Open House at the Charlottetown Yacht Club. The event was a great success! Shediac brought over two accessible sailing boats; the "Gordon McCrae" was a recreational sail boat, the the "Michael Dunn" was a competitive sail boat. Harding Medical supplied the BBQ. The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time! Huge thank you to the staff and volunteers of Shediac Able Sail and Harding Medical!![ View Gallery ]

2011 Provincial Bowling Champs (Bowling for persons with a disability) event was held at Credit Union Place in Summerside. This annual event was once again a great success, and lots of fun was had by all who attended.[ View Gallery ]

On April 21, 2012, the 4th Annual WR3 Event was held in Charlottetown. This year's event made history....it included three divisions for individuals with a physical disabililty...the first time ever for a road race on PEI!
